1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup dried minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Mix all together in a zip-loc bag, I use a canning jar, and shake to combine. When ready to use, melt 2 TBS butter in pan, add 1/4 cup of milk, and 1/4 cup of mix. Toss with your pasta. Really easy.
