Enchilada sauce mix
1 tsp salt
1tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tsp minced onion
1 tsp dried chili pepper ( I leave this out)
1 tsp corn meal
1/2 tsp minced garlic (I use powdered)
1 tsp paprika
Mix all ingredients together. Store in air tight container, I use and empty canning jar. When a recipe calls for enchilada powder use as much as you like.
